I view teaching as an opportunity to share knowledge and help shape the future of the accounting profession. I greatly enjoy interacting with students and developing effective ways to communicate complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner. My goal is to equip students with the analytical skills and practical understanding necessary for success in their professional careers.
My commitment to teaching excellence has been recognized through several honors. In 2025, I was named one of the Best Undergraduate Business Professors by Poets & Quants for Undergrads, selected among the top 50 professors nationwide from more than 1,000 nominations. I have also received the Patty Bloomer SOM Faculty Award for my innovative use of artificial intelligence (AI) in teaching and student learning. In addition, my dedication to the classroom is reflected in consistently positive student feedback, including highly favorable reviews on the RateMyProfessor website.
